The clear lacquer by Wilckens has a synthetic resin base and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The silk glossy varnish is weatherproofed and convinces with its excellent material characteristics. The scratch-resistant and impact-resistant lacquer can be used to seal wooden surfaces, such as flooring, doors and seating furniture, in the private area.

Processing advise: Please read the product labeling carefully before you use this product and follow the dangers and safety instructions. The substrate has to be clean, dry, free of grease and free from salt. Loosely astride parts and non-load bearing old parts are to be removed. Good adhering old paints must be sanded (wear dust mask). Remove loose rust by means of a scraper and wire brush. Very smooth surfaces must be sanded. For all grinding work it is advisable to wear a dust mask.
1. Paint build-up on wood, inside and outside
a) Prepare the substrate accordingly
b) Prime new wood outside with wood primer (blue stain protection)
c) Sand intermediate coat (wear dust mask)
d) 1 - 2 top coats with clear lacquer undiluted
2. Paint build-up on metal (iron), interior
a) Prepare the substrate accordingly
b) 1 - 2 top coats with clear lacquer undiluted
3. Paint build-up on old paint coats or renovation paint coats
a) Prepare the substrate accordingly
b) 1 - 2 coats with clear lacquer undiluted

The drying time depends on the substrate (at 20°C, 65% rel. humidity):
Lower temperatures and higher humidity increase the drying time!
