The Design Floor Care Set is the ideal solution for the cleaning and care of all design floors. It consists of 750 ml PU Cleaner for regular cleaning or also preceding final cleaning and 750 ml Floor Mat for the care and refreshment of worn floors; the enclosed white hand pad can be used for the effective removal of heel marks. With the enclosed cleaning and care instructions, you can learn more about the proper application of vinyl floor care. So with this kit, you get everything you need to maintain your resilient floor.

PU Cleaner:

The PU cleaner from Dr. Schutz is a cleaning concentrate for the maintenance cleaning and final cleaning of water-resistant design and hard floors, but also for factory PU / PUR-finished floor coverings made of vinyl, PVC, linoleum or rubber / caoutchouc. Its high cleaning power reliably removes dirt and grease from the floor. In addition, the cleaner ensures streak-free and non-slip surfaces and leaves no grey haze. The excellent dirt binding and removal of loose dust and dirt also increases the longevity of your floor coverings. In ongoing maintenance cleaning, the cleaner is extremely efficient and, thanks to the high dilution factor, enables a high coverage of up to 750 m². The PU cleaner is suitable for both manual and machine application. The cleaning agent contains biodegradable ingredients and renewable raw materials and is also pH-neutral.

Coarse dirt should be removed before use. Sensitive surfaces on wood or metal should not be brought into contact with the cleaning solution.

Application:

Cleaning after installation: First, coarse dirt must be removed by sweeping or vacuuming. Depending on the degree of soiling of the surface, you can dilute the cleaner: for heavy soiling in a ratio of 1:10, for lighter soiling you can adjust the mixing ratio accordingly and reduce the proportion of cleaner. Now apply the cleaning solution to the floor covering and let it work for a short time before you start scrubbing. For larger areas, we recommend using a single-disc machine with a suitable pad or brush. Finally, remove the dirt with the appropriate equipment (absorbent wide mop or spray vacuum cleaner) and wipe off with clear water until the cleaning solution has neutralised.
Dialy cleaning: Dilute the cleaner in a ratio of 1:200 with water and wipe the surface to be treated with this solution. When using in automatic cleaning machines, the dilution can be increased to 1:400.

Hints:

Do not wet sensitive surfaces (e.g. wood, metal) with the cleaning liquor.

Floor Mat:

The polyurethane-containing polymer dispersion is optimally suited for the care of newly laid or thoroughly cleaned resilient floor coverings in the contract sector, if the use of a hard seal or a PU seal is not possible. Due to the special polymer combination, the care is also suitable for quickly refreshing PU-finished floors. Optimal for the care and maintenance cleaning of elastic floor coverings in the household. The floor is protected by an elastic, slip-resistant, matt care film. Dirt adhesion is reduced and maintenance cleaning is made easier.

Before use, the full care matt should be shaken well.

Application:

Initial Protection: For initial care, apply undiluted Full Care with a suitable squeegee thinly and evenly to the surface after it has been thoroughly cleaned. If this first film is resistant to foot traffic, a second film is applied transversely to it - in the case of heavily used surfaces, it may be necessary to apply a third film (then again longitudinally). The surface should then be allowed to dry for at least 12 hours. For refreshing PU-finished coverings, the respective surface should be thoroughly cleaned with Basic Cleaner R or PU Cleaner before applying the full care. The use of a white pad is recommended.
Routine Cleaning: Dilute the Full Care with water in a ratio of 1:100 to 1:200 and clean the floor with this solution by wet mopping. This procedure is sufficient to remove light soiling.

Hints:

Turn off the underfloor heating before application.
When applying undiluted, avoid strong sunlight and draught
In the case of porous older linoleum coverings that have been leached out by the use of strongly alkaline cleaning products, the coating may powder off in individual cases
