The power paste from decotric with high-quality methyl cellulose is suitable for non-woven wallpaper, textile wallpaper and all heavy wallpapers. The surface should be dry, clean, smooth and firm. Remove old wallpaper with wallpaper stripper and smooth out cracks, holes and unevenness. Highly absorbent and sandy surfaces should be treated in advance with deep primer. For stained surfaces we also recommend the use of wallpaper base in advance.
Approach and wallpapering: Stir the contents of the package (200 gr:) while stirring vigorously into 4 litres of cold, clean water. Keep standing for about 30 minutes and then stir vigorously again. Dimensionally stable non-woven wallpapers can be wallpapered using the wall-pasting technique. For this, the paste is applied directly to the wall with a roll or tassel in a width of 1 to max. 2 strips and the wallpaper is placed in the paste bed. Alternatively, the reverse sides of the wallpaper can also be pasted evenly.
